recruiters nightmare. Horrible management. High turnover. Direct Hire management is ridiculous. Put all their eggs in the Wells Fargo basket. Sales Vs. Recruiting at it's finest. Lots of finger pointing egged on by management. Document everything just in case environment. Cameras in office to spy on workers. Badge needed to access office and they monitor it to see who arrives late, leaves early etc.. Dead serious about that. Managers constantly checking in on your emails. Very insecure atmosphere. Everybody slowly becomes depressed. Meetings after meetings after meetings about meetings and so on and so on!
