Pros
I learned everything I know about recruiting at CDI, it was a great foundation to my career with excellent training and continued support from coworkers, managers, and our leadership team. The company was by no means perfect and there were definitely some issues, but I overall had a great experience and a lot of success recruiting here
Cons
Acquisition by Artech - I would 100% still be with the company had we not sold or been bough by a different staffing firm.
