Pros
I can't offer much good to say speaking about the company. My pros were all about the people with whom I worked in my office.
Cons
The Engineering arm keeps changing people at the top and their game plan but the results don't change. They don't understand that staffing and full-service engineering are two completely different business models and should be run as such. There is a reason why Adecco and Kelly don't run engineering offices. As such they don't understand the need for spending money on business development. I was always challenged to develop clients without spending any of my precious Indirect (overhead) $$. They are now in a mode of reorganizing and lopping heads to make their targets. They need to truly start from scratch and bring in some new blood.
