Pros
great colleagues and professionals for the most part, on an individual level the desire to do great work exists
Cons
the company has little direction or cohesive strategy, and is heavily reliant on a few key clients. As those clients don't need people, people get laid off, and unfortunately the CDI has no contingency strategy to counter this. The benefits are contractor level at best, especially for a large company.
