An incredible atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration. All have been extremely helpful as I settle into my role. This experience has been energizing for me, and I continue to look forward to making the best impact I can here at CDL.

At times there can be some disconnect with communication just due to many different departments involved in projects.

It was a good company to work for in the beginning. Company has a lot of perks as long as you do what you are supposed to do. I believed in company so much that I moved my family from RI to Texas to continue my career with the company.

Nothing you do for the company gets recognized at the end of the day. All the sacrifices that were made from me in RI and Texas were unrecognized at all when my employment ended. I believe my termination was pre meditated because it was based on a lie. I believe I was conspired against for whatever reason. At the end, I was thrown away like garbage and the fact that I made a huge decision to move with the company to Texas meant nothing. So very disappointed in management because there are policies and procedures that are written in the handbook, however, management doesn't follow them. After my termination I tried to reach out to the company to try to get clarification as to the truth behind my termination but no one has ever responded because they know my termination was bogus.
