Pros
CDM Smith is very employee oriented and has great benefits. I am just beginning my career and was very hesitant about joining a consulting firm, worried that the corporate world would be stereotypical to what is seen in the movies. That has not been the case thus far! CDM Smith has already has provided me with so many opportunities to grow in numerous directions and to become a well-rounded employee.
Cons
I can only speak to what I've seen in my office- since there is no official head of the office there are two people who are low-key/ pettily fighting for control of enforcing the rules. It might also be their personalities do not mix well.
