The ventilation often shuts off randomly, and whenever individuals bring concerns up the management of the lab claims they are creating drama. Management of the lab is too busy to manage well, and work is often given out in random fashion making it difficult to achieve your utilization goals. This makes the environment high stress and the team will cut one another down in order to achieve success.
