Pros

Hours. Can work just one day a week if want. No weekends required. Some great people that really care.

Cons

Dysfunctional work environment. Changes schedule without letting you know and then mark you as “no show” Expected to work 9-10hrs for road-shows The mats you stand on are worse than standing on the cement. Entry level management sneaks around, takes pictures, reports you for not having a clean work area, wrong signage, etc and then sends in complaints about you. Beware

Pros

independent work, flexible, easy to get the hang of, quick hiring process.

Cons

non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.

Able to sample products for lunch breaks. Access to Costco Cafeteria. 6 hour days: great for college student

Cons

May not always receive a sellable product. 6 hours of idle standing.
