Unprofessional behavior from Human Resources and company management. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity. Customers and Employees are extremely negative. Practices “quiet quitting” and will just not put you on schedule. No room for error and tray rotation is horrible. There are many times management will raise voice in public at team members for simple mistakes. It is extremely demoralizing when facing a situation with no support from management or team members. Human Resources and management will ignore you about concerns and issues multiple times until you threaten legal action.
