Rotating schedule Upper Management is weak and only wants to visit if there is an issue. Will lie to your face and does not truly consider you as a person. Lack of communication. Room for promotion is a joke. You may be able to move up to Event Manager if your EM leaves, but don't count on it. Don't even THINK that they will consider you for another role with a sister company like Advantage. WILL NOT HAPPEN! High turnover rate because of poor pay and management. Will hire anyone, but then complain when there are HR issues.
