Pros
Great hours and shifts. Never before 10:30 am or after 7:00 pm. & you work inside Costco. Cooking demos are great because people love to sample & buy food. Other demos would be non-cooking (chips, cheese, drinks, coffee makers, etc.). If you like to cook this would be the best part time job for you. I've received tons of help from my co-workers. We take care of each other.
Cons
Very limited time to get organized for your shift and to clean up after your shift. Hectic. Sometimes 10 or 12 people cleaning up at the same time in the same space. Every one is very helpful towards each other, though.
