Business Outlook
Pros
It's the easiest jobs, but hard on the feet since I was working from 10:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. One hour break. Supervisor is very accessible and treats employees well. Great work atmosphere.
Cons
Can't have weekends off. worked from 10:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Was well paid in the beginning, now with the dollar value winning against the Mexican peso, our wages are not enough. Only get paid by worked day and payments are bi-weekly. Too many hours to be standing on your feet. Have to be careful in answering customers back when they complain about something that can be completely uncalled for. In Mexico there are no compensations, only bennies are socialized medicine and Housing.
