Pros
Its definetly a foot in the door if you want to become a Costco employee! We run 6hr shifts, great part time job, flexible if your a student or have another job elsewhere. Your pay starts the same as New Costco Emplyees. Your in/out in a jiffy.. fun!!
Cons
Its not stable income, you could get scheduled 5-6 days/week or 2-3...& no benefits, so if you have financial obligations , you cant count on your checks to be steady. The Companys Needs come 1st, yours last.
