Pros
if you love working with people this is a perfect job for you, nice friendly atmosphere. doesn't require you to be the best chef. Improves your creativity with food.
Cons
you do occasionally get the grumpy customer, you have to have the ability to hold your tongue in these situations. you need to change up the way you do your demo a lot to avoid sounding robotic. the rules and regulations got changed a lot, they would have new rules that contradicted the old rules every month or so.
