Pros

They are pretty good at being flexible with the employees and their schedule Pretty easy in the sense you're basically cook/serve to demonstrate food items.

Cons

If you are not a people oriented person, this job isn't for you. Lack of egalitarian for all employees by management. No raises and very minute bonus you get after accumulating a large amount of points. No career growth or advancements. Hiring a teenager supervisor with no professional experience.

independent work, flexible, easy to get the hang of, quick hiring process.

Cons

non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.

Able to sample products for lunch breaks. Access to Costco Cafeteria. 6 hour days: great for college student

Cons

May not always receive a sellable product. 6 hours of idle standing.
