Cons
Management from two people made this not good to work at. Shouting & yelling , says that their team players but are not at all. Manager was very placating never straigjt up things she said almost patronizing. My co workers were also miserable isolated. Forbidden to talk to fellow co worker about anything! And Worst con there was the playing favoritism with certain co workers & their race Im sorry to say. Extremely stressful and uneccsarily in nany ways. Most other food sample Costcos I found out the sales,advisors dont need to yell out constantly their free food samples like we were forced to. Because their Free Samples;) & members so members flocked to them. W/ out strong arm tactics like loudly announcing constantly or risk getting chastized by the managers. Other Demo company employees were given a free membership at Coscto. CDS ,Inc emlpoyees had to pay $60 if they wanted to be a member of Costco. CDS,Inc is not a good company to work for overall.
