Pros

very flexible hours for a decent wage, paid training, no pressure and a supportive environment. You get to work at your own pace and can constantly interact with the customers.

Cons

limited potential for pay advances as well as limited rewards for doing well other than small competitions with things like diner for two to the person who sells the most.

independent work, flexible, easy to get the hang of, quick hiring process.

Cons

non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.

May not always receive a sellable product. 6 hours of idle standing.
