Pros

Good group of people, my co workers by and large were great people.

Cons

its mainly a job for people who have retired. There is no consistent schedule, your days change by the week, some days you have 5 some days you have two. You don't get commission, you get "points" and every time you exceed your sales goal you get a set ammount of points. You have to build up to get a 50 dollar bonus, not even a full days pay. If you're good at sales and have a lot of days, you might see that bonus every two months or so. If you sell out, you are sent home. One of my biggest issues with this company is that if you do your job extra well, and sell out of the product that you are given, you are sent home and lose pay. If you sell out, you should get the full days pay. It can be boring. The job has its peaks and valleys, but there is little mental stimuli in the valleys of doing demos. Like one everything is clean and proper, you can only twittle your thumbs.

Pros

independent work, flexible, easy to get the hang of, quick hiring process.

Cons

non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.

Pros

The job is simple, and you're doing something new every shift. Getting to talk to people is great and if you like cooking, some demos require it.

Cons

Can be tedious and mind numbing. Standing in one spot for 5- 6 hours taking about a product and giving out samples isn't for everyone. Tough on the feet, so good shoes are a must.
