      All engineering staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share the load towards a common goal Team management is very strong and cohesion on the teams is great

      Cons

      Senior management seems to be more focused on talking about goals rather than planning and executing Extremely poor planning of major company initiatives Company cutbacks in April 2023 were planned without consulting management resulting in very key individuals being released mid-project. Multiple individuals who were separated had worked for the company for 10+ years

      You have the ability to sell full stack solutions, services and software.

      I have worked at CDW for 10yrs and every single year they have changed the comp plan in a way that makes it harder for sellers to make money (constantly moving the goal post). Prior to 2020 CDW had little to no lay offs now it is happening every six months. They say the reasons is to reduce cost and improve efficiencies BUT as a company our sales continue to grow along with the C-levels pockets.
