Pros
-Wide range of supplemental benefits tend to make up some for the shortfall of others -Base pay at least for my field was very competitive. The initial offer they made me was hard to refuse -Despite acquisitions, restructuring etc. I’ve dealt with a competent management team for the organization I work in -Work life balance has been good so far -I work on a predominantly remote part of the organization that has been this way for years. They’ve worked out kinks and seem to be focused on getting the right people despite their geographic location and it shows. Most of the time I feel like I’m working with the A team as far as other engineers go.
Cons
-Health benefits for US employees are very industry standard and nothing to write home about -410k match is pretty meh compared to other companies I’ve been a part of -annual raises tend to be so-so
