Great coworkers, upper management falls very short. - Associate Consulting Engineer CDW Employee Review

Upper management prioritizes revenue over employee well being. Was in a situation with a customer and brought it up to my immediate management who then brought it up to upper management. After letting them know the story one of the managers themselves said "Seems like a toxic working environment." Another manager higher up said that CDW would lose revenue if they pulled me off it. So my choice was go back to a toxic working environment(in the managers own words mind you) or quit. I was extremely disappointed with CDW.
