Cons
Executive leadership models the culture of customer focus and employee engagement on paper with a primary focus on financials and strategy that impact investor relations. High emphasis on quarterly metrics and the impact to the books. Company is currently going through a transition of integrating the 10 acquisitions made in the last 5 years, along with a few legacy acquisitions, and aligning roles and responsibilities. There have been noticeable waves of workforce reductions and long tenured employees moving on. Additionally, company is working through modernizing their technology stack. Stark division in perks between the customer facing sales and services team and the back of house administrative and operational teams. Entrepreneurial focused teams do well for themselves, incentivized to making decisions leveraging channel partner programs that benefit them sometimes at the expense of the overall organization. Teams that generate direct revenue seem to spend with abandon while cost centers focus on every penny.
