Pros

CEFCU cares about its employees, with numerous opportunities for advancement within the organization. In addition, there is ample vacation and personal time to really help staff achieve a work/life balance. The benefits are really too many to name. Great place to work! And, CEFCU cares about the members and communities the Credit Union serves. CEFCU is involved in multiple community events and sponsorships. Proud to work for an organization that cares so much about the community and making Central Illinois and the San Jose area in CA a great place to live and work!

Get to work at your own pace. Do not have to chase leads. Everyone is a team. Manager is great! Flexing out is an option.

Cons

Pay could be better, no WFH option to branch originators only internet team.
