Pros

Bonus and defined pension is well earned. Vacation time is needed to decompress.

Cons

Growing too fast, not able to keep staff from turning over, as they operate lean anyways. They play games and flatter over-acheivers into promotions to vill the voids, but most tenured staff see's this cycle endlessly repeat itself and becomes burnt out.

Get to work at your own pace. Do not have to chase leads. Everyone is a team. Manager is great! Flexing out is an option.

Cons

Pay could be better, no WFH option to branch originators only internet team.
