Pros

This is a nice job, you work independently with close supervision. Nice work environment. Good benefits for full time employees, tuition reimbursement with prior approval.

Cons

Long days, pay can be better. Holiday time off through rotation, which is normal. Most of the employees have only high school degree.

Get to work at your own pace. Do not have to chase leads. Everyone is a team. Manager is great! Flexing out is an option.

Cons

Pay could be better, no WFH option to branch originators only internet team.
