Very disappointing with lack of reward or compensation - Anonymous employee CEI Employee Review

No regular raises, bonuses or even a COLA. No financial incentives or additional vacation accrual for 5/10/15 years of company service--that is pretty standard with other companies. An end of year gift of company-branded bottle cap opener or ear buds....nothing else. Lack of HCRA or benefits that similar companies readily offer. No annual review. No opportunities to grow within the company or with other client engagements.
