      Benefits, pto, 401k, friendly coworkers, can be flexible with a schedule

      Cons

      Stressful at times, not paid enough, high turnover, cares more about the $$$ over employee well being but that is normal with any business, low morale

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
