Pros
Global company with 3000+ employees in uk. Business includes cement, concrete, asphalt, quarry products. Established in UK 1995. Health and safety (more the safety side) very high priority.
Cons
Not good with people, lots of development idea's and schemes but you have to work hard to be considered, a lot depends in your managers. Promotion and career development is poor and very hap-hazard. Poor communications, lots of news letters and the like but no follow up or structure Operates too much like a group of individual companies
