nice benefits package, good work atmosphere with direct boss and colleagues, fast learning environment, opportunities to travel abroad and grow professionally
Cons
hierarchical, organizational uncertainty, some people seemed to be "untouchable", could be very bureaucratic and political, continuous power struggles among different groups, promotes a "work above all" kind of lifestyle that ends up burning out its people
