Pros

The people are great, what's left of them. The company used to be private now it's public and is a horrible place to work. The products are top notch.

Cons

Lots of cons, all departments are way understaffed. If anyone brings this up to management they treat you like you should be grateful to be working here. Doesn't appeal to anyone under 30 because of this. They've lost their identity and respect among potential hires, soon it will be felt in the market place. No potential for growth. Clients are treated to trips, outings, lunches etc.... Employees get one crappy Christmas party where this guy Preston talks to you like you work at a used car lot. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Pros

The emphasis on compassionate care, the use of SBT and the concept of HRE are what separates Centria from others. Leadership is approachable and creates multiple avenues for feedback. They crowdsource solutions within the company and actually implement ideas based on feedback. They are hiring amazing talent at the top and moving the company in a positive direction. Reasonable billing expectations and the opportunity to earn bonuses. I've seen several centers receive updates and increased efforts in training.

Cons

You have to be responsible for your work/life balance. They will work with you, but they are still a company that has to meet the bottom line. There are a few centers that can be more difficult to work in than others, but I do see leadership working through the issues.
