Pros
-There's no point system if you need a day off its not a problem. -It's a lot of room for advancements because mostly everybody get fired because they're temps or they'll get fired for smoking on the job or do something retarded. If you stay with the company long enough you'll see who's going to last and not then it's just all yours for the taken. - Starting off you make $12-13. -Management always had MY back I can't speak for anybody else. As long as you do your job, flexible, and polite they'll always pick you over the company.
Cons
-Never know if the contract is going to end then you have to go to a different location. -Work at some VERY far places such as Wyandotte, Romulus, Auburn Hills, and whatever city that's in 33 mile. -Never know if your check is going to a be fat one or a little one because you be hopping around to company to company. constantly changing your hours! If, you're not flexible then you may not want to apply.
