Pros
Ceva has decent benefits packages to choose from, paid time off is offered to company employees. Company match on 401K plans.
Cons
Warehouse floor is micro managed from an office person that rarely goes out to the floor. Management has little to no experience with operations. The majority of warehouse personnel are low paid temps, so turnover is very high.
