Horrible Leadership - Human Resources Coordinator CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Lacks great leadership, get rid of good employees, yet keep the ones that are truly dishonest. Not much room for growth and opportunity. For some but mostly for those who have buddy buddy relationships with the managers and not based off your actual performance. If looking for a start in HR then it will be a good start however don't expect longevity and I am only addressing the Houston, TX location as this is a global company.
