A good company needs to have good environment, nice employees,good salary ,incentives, motivation. These are the main things but talking about ceva logistics only salary is good rest in other factors this company is very very very negative

Bad environment Biased team leaders they team up together to provide benefits to their either wife or favourite staff supervisions too make team leaders to those persons who are close to them another thing supervisors too support their choosen team leaders in their wrong decisions
