Time-off policy is among the best: 23 days for each of first 4 years (20 PTO + 3 floating holidays), and an additional 3 days after 48 months.
Cons
Unless you want to relocate, you have to wait for someone above you to move on before you can get a promotion. In 7 years with the company, 3 times they have given no merit increases corporate-wide due to low earnings.
