Pros
The only good thing about Ceva is some of the people, mainly those who were previously with Taylor Barnard ( and they're an endangered species). I'm really glad I got out.
Cons
Owned by people (Apollo) who only care about short term financial gains. Run by whizz kids who turn out to be all kid and no whizz. Know all the buzzwords and management speak but can't usually find their arses with 2 hands and a compass. This is not sour grapes, I was a senior manager with 19 years service, who took early retirement for the sake of my sanity
