      Great workplace and balance life, you only work during your work time and won't bother you if you are on time off or vacation

      Cons

      Politics and individualism. The IT department doesn't have collaboration to resolve differences, doesn't like changes and keeps using legacy system instead of proposing new technology that can help the infrastructure team to do their work faster.
