Nice people and a truly global environment. You will get to work daily with people from all parts of the world. I do believe most that work at CEVA are committed to the customer and want the company to have success.
Cons
It's owned by a private equity and has been for more then eight years, and that presents challenges. The company has had three CEOs in the span of 18 months, which leads to a continual change in strategy. The company is also consistently losing money, so while it's goal may be to go public, it seems more likely that the current management team, which has changed completely in the last few months, will probably be sold off either in entirety or in pieces. Not a place a prospective employee should consider if stability is important in your career.
