Pros
Direct supervisor was great, if you worked good they really worked with you on things.
Cons
Upper management was terrible, they lied, led you on to make you feel like a promotional position would be opening up and never would. They would hire people with no experience that would break equipment and be a hazard to everyone else in the yard. The pay was not worth the work that was having to be done.
