I asked the HR lady at the exit interview. What do I do? How do I bring money to your company? She has no idea. Management is a joke. HR that vice president C lady. Gosh... All she does is we will do it, we will manage, but nope. Nothing nothing nothing. I used to be a really good worker but stopped putting efforts after reaching the monthly target each month and didn't care after. Because I had a lot of returning clients, I could easily make it with minimal effort. Extra mile? No way. Your hard work will not even be recognised so what's the point? Salary is terrible and do they even give bonuses? Dream on. Industry is crazy busy and the company made a lot of money but it's not for your benefits. I was feeling demoralised for 2 years and got to the point where I feel bad making money for this company. Isn't it just terrible that a company can make an employee even think this way? I left for my further career development and better life. Office is in woop woop. So far from everything and everywhere. Work here only if you are desperate
