Pros
I would like to say wage but if wage hurts & effects your quality of life due to long difficult hrs, extreme high, stressful unrealistic expectations & deadlines & total confusion with management & its internal misguidance & its customerdeceptive practices. Then wage isn't worth the headaches. Especially when I get paid more just working from home as an administrator.
Cons
Everything! Wage versus lifestyle. Mismanagement & unprofessional code of conduct. The use of master over slave mindset. Pushing blame on employees to cover up their mistakes. Horrible environment. No AC in summer & no heat in winter during extremely long hrs of work. Its not for everyone. They prey on the poor & misfortunate. Im in a management position. So I'm definitely a whistle-blower.
