Self inflicted organizational paralysis - General Manager CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Ceva is an organization that can’t get out of its own self. Heavy admin burden / manual reporting, extreme corporate politics and a toxic leadership climate. CEVA is midway down the DAMCO death spiral. The management is detached from the industry, and spends more time trying to impress each other by crafting emails laden with corporate jargon, but add little value. Real issues are not addressed and the focus is on assigning blame rather than fix the obvious issues. CEVA is the poor sequel to DAMCO - same consultant inspired drivel that doesn’t work.
