Poor leadership and communication - Senior Manager CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Poor leadership from upper management. Communication with client was not healthy with important information being withheld on a daily basis. Unorganized and dysfunctional leadership became the ultimate short coming of reaching our goals and losing business over all. Long hours that were required but no plan was thoroughly given for weekend work where goals were rarely achieved. Management would also not be on the premises for the entire shift of OT.
