Pros

Benefits are decent and opportunities for professional development are reasonable

Cons

Company no longer has any integrity. People are promoted because it looks good on paper but they have no relevant experience pertaining to their position. They claim safety is #1. So than why are people in charge that no nothing about real world process safety.Putting a safety supervisor with no operational knowledge in charge of an anhydrous ammonia terminal is reckless and will eventually get someone injured or worse. People that do care and want to do the right thing, are bulldozed by the bureaucracy and will eventually have no morale and cease to care about the work that they do. This in turn feeds the endless cycle of negativity prevalent throughout this company. Which is painfully evident by the employment revolving door. If you are a hard worker and care about your work. AVOID CF Industries

Free snacks and coffee Anonymous Employee Feedback I joined the company with a positive impression and a strong desire to contribute. Over time, however, my perception of the organization has changed significantly due to my experience with leadership and workplace culture. My primary concern is the lack of support from management. Employees need coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to succeed, especially when learning new processes or taking on additional responsibilities. Instead, I have often felt unsupported and left to navigate challenges on my own. There is also a perception of inconsistent treatment among employees. This has created concerns about fairness and has negatively impacted morale and trust within the team. When employees believe expectations are applied differently depending on the individual, it becomes difficult to remain motivated and engaged. Communication from leadership has not always been clear or constructive. Employees perform best when expectations are transparent and feedback is delivered in a way that promotes growth. Unfortunately, my experience has often left me feeling discouraged rather than supported. While the company offers opportunities and has many dedicated employees, leadership and culture have had a significant impact on my overall experience. I believe improvements in employee support, communication, accountability, and consistency would help create a more positive and productive work environment. This feedback is shared in the hope that it will encourage reflection and positive change for current and future employees.
