Pros

moneys decent , good hrs, decent benefits, lts of overtime

Cons

very harsh place to work, the environments nasty, very dusty , and employees are underpaid, and the company knows it, they explain " while not at the highest payscale for the industry CF maintains a competitve pay scale, other phosphate cpmpanies such as "mosaic" offer a better pay scale.

Free snacks and coffee Anonymous Employee Feedback I joined the company with a positive impression and a strong desire to contribute. Over time, however, my perception of the organization has changed significantly due to my experience with leadership and workplace culture. My primary concern is the lack of support from management. Employees need coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to succeed, especially when learning new processes or taking on additional responsibilities. Instead, I have often felt unsupported and left to navigate challenges on my own. There is also a perception of inconsistent treatment among employees. This has created concerns about fairness and has negatively impacted morale and trust within the team. When employees believe expectations are applied differently depending on the individual, it becomes difficult to remain motivated and engaged. Communication from leadership has not always been clear or constructive. Employees perform best when expectations are transparent and feedback is delivered in a way that promotes growth. Unfortunately, my experience has often left me feeling discouraged rather than supported. While the company offers opportunities and has many dedicated employees, leadership and culture have had a significant impact on my overall experience. I believe improvements in employee support, communication, accountability, and consistency would help create a more positive and productive work environment.
