Pros
If you are a white man, you will do fine here
Cons
Where can I start? I worked at CF's corporate headquarters and it was evident from the interview process that CF is disorganized and lacks structure. We all know that ignoring red flags from the start is one of the biggest mistakes one can make, but we all do at one point or another for the paycheck. CF's culture is a sink or swim environment. They will throw work at you left and right without properly training you or providing guidance/resources. Instead of hiring more people, CF's solution is to overwork managers and gradually add more to your plate. Managers are expected to work weekends, on their vacations, and after hours. If your manager is overworked, it's likely that you will be too. Corporate politics runs deep here and you will quickly see that. If you try to challenge that, you will have a target on your back so tread carefully. Many processes and policies are out of date and inefficient but don't try to change that, it will rift the boomers' feathers because "that is how things have always been done", plus you will be too overworked to try to make actual improvements here. This organization has cost me my peace and mental wellbeing, which is not worth any amount of money. Good luck!
