Clients are tough to work with

CFS and Kelly Miller are the best! Kelly is the best "match-maker", always responsive, and truly cares about her clients and candidates. Kelly spends a crazy amount of time getting to know the client and all her candidates. She doesn't just "plug" a person into a job; she matches the skills, work-styles, and personalities. I have been expertly matched to two long-term assignments that were a perfect match of her client's needs and my skills. I can honestly say that those two assignments have been the BEST work experiences in my career; the second assignment turned into a permanent placement with a fabulous company. Win, win, win! As the saying goes "your mileage may vary"; the job market and economy may not always support your individual needs, and that is not the fault of the recruiter. The recruiter is not a magician, they are a partner in your job search. In my experience, be the hardest-working party in your job search.
