Pros
The CFS recruiters go out of their way to make sure that they find the perfect fit for both the employee and the employer. I had interactions with Tara, Ali, Kara, Charlotte, and Lindsay, and every person that I dealt with made me feel respected and valued. I had been through some pretty rough times after Covid hit, and I felt as if I would never again have a job that would appreciate the skills and knowledge that I had to offer. CFS saw the potential in me and within 1 week I was working at the job of my dreams! Tara Wiltfong was who I was working with on this job assignment and she was always there to provide encouragement and support. She is awesome! I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking employment. CFS has given me a new lease on life! I can't thank them enough! They go above and beyond for their employees!!!
Cons
CFS has been awesome and i have nothing bad to say about them. The only hiccup would be that there was a brief moment when I almost gave up on CFS due to a gentleman that I was working with a few months prior to Kara Weber reaching out to me. He was not at all helpful and made me feel me like a nuisance. Kara contacted me, because this gentleman was no longer with CFS and she was reaching out to his employees (applicants, job seekers) and I am so grateful that she did!
