We truly appreciate your acknowledgment of our management approach, learning environment, timely salary payments, and the support provided to employees, especially early in their careers.
We take your concerns seriously and would like to address them. Regarding salary increments, we understand your perspective and recognize the importance of fair and timely growth. At certain times, due to market and business conditions, we have had to take precautionary measures aimed at ensuring the long-term stability of the organization and job security for our employees. These decisions are carefully evaluated and reviewed periodically, with a continued focus on sustainability, performance, and future growth opportunities. We would also like to emphasize that we remain fully transparent in our processes, and any such decisions are communicated clearly and in their true context to ensure mutual understanding.
Your comments on work-life balance and stress were somewhat surprising, as these areas have generally been positively reflected in both external platforms and our internal employee surveys. That said, we recognize that individual experiences may vary and remain open to understanding any specific challenges.
Regarding the exit process, our procedures are intended and executed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward, with variations depending on the nature of the exit and completion of formal requirements.
