Pros
CGB is a great place to work with senior leaders that are not only accessible, but truly care about employees. The company works hard to implement feedback, thereby striving to provide a work environment that encourages growth and development. The people are great, and the company has a very "family" like feel which makes coming to work enjoyable. There is a definite entrepreneurial spirit within CGB, and I find that incredibly rewarding for my particular position. Smart, ambitious, independent self- starters will do VERY well here! In addition, with the company's many divisions, locations and continued growth across the U.S., opportunities are abundant.
Cons
In the last 12 months, much change has occurred to negate most of the cons that would come to mind. The company has worked hard to improve processes including defining career paths and structure, more training to encourage individual growth and development, a bigger platform by which to provide feedback to those other than direct managers, more transparency, etc.
